Recruiter called me after I applied- about 2 hours after- Sat through 1 phone interview with recruiter 1 phone interview with hiring manager 6 separate panel interviews -virtual. Recruiter and hiring manager were very much communicating with me daily. Asking me about if I was still interested, can I pull you in for an interview... how soon can you interview etc. Interviews with panels was hit and miss... you could clearly tell who was there because they had to be there- one person was working on his laptop the whole time. And when asked if they had any questions to ask they said no it is a yes for me. 2 people did not show up for the interview- Hiring manager was very interested in my start date and even asked be if 1 week from the interview would be a good time to start- Recruiter sent positive feedback to me and said that they were very interested in extending an offer they had just get paperwork ready. It was a confusing interview process- and then a week wait and they recruiter called me on a Friday at 4pm to say they went with another offer.
