I applied online. I interviewed at Regeneron (Tarrytown, NY) in May 2014
Interview
Applied online, got phone screen with HR after one month. Then phone screen with hiring manager in 2 weeks. Invited for on-site interview the following month. It was full day, met with HR and people of various level and also gave a talk. Most people I talked to seemed nice enough. Was told I would hear back in two weeks after they interviewed another candidate. Did not hear anything after 3 weeks so contacted hiring manger and was told it was actually 4 weeks and not 2 weeks. Well, 5 or 6 weeks after the on-site interview I got a call from hiring manager saying I'm the preferred candidate but still want me to do another on site interview and give another talk. I obliged and did all that again and was told I should hear back in 2 weeks. Never heard a word from them since. All this for an entry level PhD scientist that was asking for 0-3 yrs of experience! And I have way more experience than that.
The interview has multiple steps with an initial interview with HR followed by an interview with your perspective supervisor. Its very fair, and relevant to the position. Just be yourself and you will be okay.
HR call followed by HM interview, and a full panel interview with a 1hr presentation. HR said would ask for 5 references if one was selected after the full panel interview. And also were saying something like we value your time and would follow up within 2 weeks or so just to give you updates... I went through the full panel interview months ago. But never heard back since then. I sent an email to HR to follow up, the HR said they would call, but never did. I guess I was not selected, but it was not very professional to just ghost candidates like this.

I applied online. I interviewed at Regeneron (Cambridge, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
First was just a screening call with HR and then a scheduled virtual interview with the hiring manager. Next was an onsite panel interview with a presentation and the final round was an interview with the department’s VP. Overall a good experience, asked fair technical questions and questions about my working style. They tried to make the process quick and easy, which was appreciated, with an official offer sent less than a week after the final interview.
