I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Regus (Nottingham, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
A many tiered process handled by an outsourced group, that began with an initial 20 minute telephone interview with general questions about my experience and qualifications, followed by a second 20 minute telephone interview with targetted questions about my competencies. Third came a 1 hour conference call interview where I was asked to complete numerical and linguistic tests. Then a fourth stage was another conference call telephone interview with a roleplay to test my on the spot reactions to "a day on the job". At this point the fifth step is an actual face to face interview with the Regus Recruitment team.
Just before the actual face to face interview, with over a month invested in this tediously drawn out process, Regus withdrew the job vacancy without apology or filling it. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions fixate on how to handle angry customers, usually with an emphasis on how you would handle staff screwups and take ownership of everything that goes wrong.
Customer Service competence is a big focus of the questioning.
Colloquio conoscitivo standard, focalizzato sull’analisi del background professionale e delle esperienze lavorative precedenti. Domande chiare e lineari per comprendere competenze, responsabilità ricoperte e coerenza del percorso con il ruolo proposto

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Regus (Bratislava) in Jun 2025
Interview
Pros
The interview itself went smoothly and professionally.
Questions were clear and relevant.
Cons
The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
