Process took about 3 months. Initial 2 online assessments, HR phone interview, proctored assessment, dept. phone interview, onsite interviews with C-level, and called back for interview with CEO. Disappointed with interviews, a lot of duplicate history and questions and interviewers not well prepared.

Interview
Phone interview with third party recruiter. Scheduling was quick, easy and efficient. Discussed knowledge of and interest in the company. Reviewed areas of responsibility and experience. Discussed accomplishments. Interviewer was more interested in whether I know other people they can contact for the position. Ended abruptly when I said I did not.
