In person interview with Hotel Manager & Ops Manager & phone interview with Front Desk Manager. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel quite comfortable. They were able to answer all my questions about the hotel and the Marriott brand overall.

Easy, GM and Front desk supervisor asked basic questions like what’s your experience that’s related to your position? They do a full walk through of the hotel. They ask you about basic customer service skills and how well you work under pressure.
