I applied online. I interviewed at Resolute Bank (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2018
Interview
Company called and scheduled an interview, then texted the day of interview (not even a call - not even formally addressed to my name) and asked me when they had scheduled my interview. When I told them the time, they asked if I could come in one hour earlier. I told them I was unable to do so. I asked them how early could they interview in the mornings. They asked if I could come in the next day. I told them I cannot, but again, how early could they interview me, still unanswered. When they asked if I could do Monday, I said I could do Tuesday morning, the earliest they had because my weeks fill up rather quickly with client appointments.
Mind you - this is a Sales Position, one would think that they would understand the very basics of a Sales position.
Their response: "What time on Tuesday? Are you going to have any issues with 9-5:30 in the office. I'm not sure what you mean by client visits"
My response was, "I am talking about my current job. No, if I was to be offered the position, I would have no issues with those times. However, this seems to be becoming an issue just to schedule an interview, so I am going to remove myself from the pool of applicants and thank you for your time."
Their response, "ok no problem thank you"
Completely unorganized, unfamiliar with how sales operates, zero professionalism with how they approached me and their texting grammar was that of a teenager. I had to go back through my call log to ensure it was the right company because they made no attempts to identify themselves, greet me or even apologize. The reason they wanted to reschedule - "they were really busy".
Don't even bother with the Vegas Branch. They are clueless and even gave me incorrect information about being licensed in this state.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Never even made it to this part because they are completely a mess. Whoever is doing their hiring needs to be fired. Very bad image for the company.
