- The president lives the bank's core values and spreads the message where ever and whenever he can: passion, accountability, professionalism, and honesty. - Small community bank that caters to community customers and small business owners. - Front staff is 100% customer focused. After the first time you enter the bank, they will greet you by your first name forever after that.

They need to increase their brand for more awareness and to get their name out there.
