Applied for the position, and got a text message the next day asking me to call in for an interview. Called in a spoke with an HR rep who asked me basic questions about my engineering background, and then she transferred me to a recruiter. The recruiter was very nice and candid, and said that after looking at my resume, I was "way over-qualified" for the position. He said that they typically hire entry-level candidates and offer entry-level salaries, and that he didn't think that they'd be able to meet my career and salary expectations.
