I would strongly advise against pursuing this. My experience was very poor and felt extremely inhumane. There was a consistent lack of respect for candidates’ time, with late starts and disengaged interviewers, which felt reflective of the broader culture.
For the UX role, the case study focused on a sharp drop in gross profit for the trading product following the GameStop situation. After progressing to the product sense interview, the feedback was delivered in a dismissive way, framing me as “barely passing” and “barely junior” (despite interviewing for a senior role), which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. That interview focused on improving Revolut’s referral program.
The final “bar raiser” interview was particularly disappointing. The interviewer appeared uninterested, barely engaged with my responses, and ultimately rejected me on the basis that it didn’t meet the “Revolut standard” without constructive or actionable feedback.
In hindsight, I’m glad I didn’t move forward. Feedback from people in my network who work or have worked there aligns with this experience, describing a culture where many are unhappy or overly hierarchical and arrogant. Terrible people, terrible culture.

Question 1
Gross profit for trading product has declined. / Improve the referral program.
Didn't even come back to me even though I spent ages preparing for the interview. The interviewers seemed like they were in a rush to get to another meeting than give attention to the candidate
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2026
Interview
HR screening > Problem solving session > Product Skills session > Bar Raiser interview. Overall good pricess, with good guidance provided before each interview and flexibility to choose interview times and fit your own schedule.
Started with a 15min screening with the recruiter, they explain the hiring process and the next step was a problem solving interview. Total of 4 steps finishing with a bar raiser interview with the CPO

Question 1
They gave a high level prompt about an investment product that stopped growing. You had to ask for data and explain your thought process. The difficulty is that I had to be very specific with the datapoints asked.
