Interview
Initial cv screening then invitation to multi stage assessments. The assessments include a cognitive aptitude test which involved 50 question in 25 minutes. The tests were CCAT and the personality test (situational judgement test)

Question 1
No generic questions, just picking from a scale of mostly true to mostly false, etc
Get a scenario, and you need to ask questions to find out more info. They try to help you throughout the interview. The next stage would be a behavioural interview.
Online Interview, short in time and somewhat casual in nature - only lasting 20 mins on a video call with lots of flexibility for what time you pick. Just asking questions as with most interviews then time to ask my own questions.
