I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2026
Interview
I recently went through the first two stages of the interview process with Revolut. The first interview was with the recruiter, who asked a few questions about my background and experience. He clearly understood (I have no sales experience in my CV, and this role is all about selling) that I had no prior sales experience, yet still decided to move me forward to the second stage, which I appreciated. He did mention he was slightly concerned about how I might perform in the assessment stage (the third interview), but reassured me that it was okay to proceed.
The second stage was with the hiring manager. He was friendly and communicative, and the conversation went smoothly. I left that interview feeling positive. However, after a week had passed with no update, I reached out to the recruiter for feedback. He told me he would have feedback the next day, but that never happened. Instead, two days later, I received an automated email stating that I would not be moving forward to the next stage. Overall, I guess I’m lucky I even got a response.
Entretien en 6 étapes.
HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
Straightforward and accommodating process. Scheduling each session was fair and easy. Revolut successfully met all of my initial expectations set at the start. The recruitment team was professional throughout. The whole process was average.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: "Can you tell me about a time you had to deliver a project under a tight deadline, and how you managed competing priorities?"
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
