Process included initial interview by HR, then Head of department, a VP. Questions related to past experience, sales roleplay. Walk through how you gave a client investment advice. Upfront with salary ranges. If you don't pass the screening phase, don't expect to hear back.

Here are three different wealthy people with different investment profiles, ages, risk appetite, habits. Which one would you target? Now pretend you are calling this client, how would you sell us to him?
Lengthy and typical of a tech not startup not a bank. Focus is on attitudes and drive rather than your experience and personality. Interviewers aren’t hugely personal able and couldn’t provide much detail on role or product offering for private banking
