Interview
I had two phone interviews before I got rejected - the first of which was a brief chat with their HR team to learn more about the opportunity, the second of which was with one of their operations manager and was more specific to the applied position.
It was extremely poorly organised between the first and second interviews. The interviewer for my second one did not call me as scheduled (and didn't give any notice regarding his absence in advance) and it took 1.5 months and four emails from my end to reschedule another one. It also turned out the HR who was responsible for the rescheduling left the company in between, but there was no one else from the company to follow up on my application.
When the (same) interviewer finally called me, he was 15 minutes late, and while I understand the occurrence of any unexpected events/last-minute emergencies, I would have expected some sort of apology for the delay (for both the call and for the time it took to reschedule). The interviewer didn't bother to introduce himself, was very uninspiring and didn't sound like he was passionate about his current job, nor did he sound interested in speaking to me at all. There was a lot of background noise from his end and I found it very distracting. Even when I asked the interviewer several questions at the end of the interview, I didn't feel like I learned anything more about the company and about the role than I already knew.
It was one of the most negative interviews that I've had and incredibly unprofessional - a huge shame because the company sounds so innovative with its rapid growth and product launches, which unfortunately was not translated at all during the interaction I had with them.

How would your experiences in a corporate environment fit in our startup?
Todo el proceso muy bien. Me hicieron hacer varias entrevistas. Para valorar mis capacidades mentales, matemáticas y resolución de problemas. Pero después ni se molestaron en darme un feedback. Me dijeron que tendría información en una semana y han pasado tres. No contestan al mensaje de seguimiento, realmente me parece que dice muy poco de ellos y mucho de su forma de valorar a los trabajadores.
Following steps: the Screening interview, an online test, the business case and the bar raiser interview. There were sync calls with the recruiter as well to prepare you for the next step in the process.
2 main interviews after screen call with recruiter, one is problem solving of a case you arent expected to know anythimf about and the other example based.
