Interview
One of the most unfriendly interviews I have ever had in 15 years of professional experience. No value was placed on a pleasant atmosphere. Specific tasks, strategy or expectations were not discussed. The interviewer looked rather annoyed that she had to conduct the conversation. Suggestive questions were the core of the interview. Strengths that would have been important for the role were not identified at all. A waste of time that you know from the first minute that the interviewer is not interested - not in the person and just as little in the professional quality.

The Problem Solving stage is tough. In some ways lucky to do this first before the Skills stage.

All mostly competency based.
I was then exited from the process, not sure if there were supposed to be more rounds after this.

Reached out to on LinkedIn, followed up by a set up of initial screening interview. Simple discussion but no tangible follow up or feedback provided after despite asking - ended up being told I withdrew even though this was not the case
