I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revolut (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was invited for the first 20 minutes call with recruiter,
During this call I was just asked 2 basic question and the majority of the time was used by the company's recruiter to explain the position, salary, benefit etc...
The interview would have been a 4 step total, this was the first.
The following would have been:
- Cultural fit
- Mock call
- Final call for agreement with HR manager
In 24 hours I received the email that they decided to not proceed with my interview process.
I understand that it is a company's decision but overall was weird, the recruiter looked distracted during my interview, looking somewhere else, kinda nervous.
I could barely talk about my experience and my goals.
If the process would have ended after a proper interview I would have understood.
In the way they managed that it looked very unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Talk briefly about your current role.
Are you looking for other jobs at the moment?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Very smooth and seamless process. After each interview the outcome/feedback is received very fast (same or next day for me).
Interviewers were very nice each time.
If you worked in tech sales before, the questions will be easy to answer, they don’t try to « trick » you or anything.

Question 1
The main one was a role play at the first stage. Then questions about why sales, why revolut, sales processes etc…
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Jun 2022
Interview
i was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin.
She told me about the vacancy and offered to schedule a first interview with a recruiter.
I then had the interview that lasted 25-30, quite usual questions. Nothing special. a young, inexperienced guy.to be honest,it seemed to me like a waste of time.
I then had a second interview with a member of the Sales Team.
Then again , dull repetitive questions and it felt he wasn't aware aware of what they were exactly offering to the candidates.
I haven't been informed about the next steps of the recruitment process.
From what i have seen , the Company seeks for young professional put in their Sales Circus, not the right choice if you want to settle in some solid , thriving work environment.
Wouldn't recommend to use some of your precious time with this bunch of kids.
