I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
They contacted me through LinkedIn. I wasn't looking into changing my job, but I thought it would be useful to jump on a call. The process was smooth, the first interview was good, the lady was nice; however, the second interview with the Sales Manager it felt akward from the beginning. He clearly didn't want to be doing the interview, he was serious all the time. I'm a very easy-going person, but he made me feel uncomfortable during the whole interview. There was also someone else in the call who was 'shadowing' him, however, that person never introduced themselves or said 'hi'.
I thought it was a waste of my time and breath to be speaking to that man, unfortunately.

Question 1
Sales cycle. How to sell Revolut. How do you feel about cold calling.
The most challenging deal in my career.
It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

Question 1
Quick summary of your background
Why are you interested in this role?
Entretien en 6 étapes.
HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
