Revolut Senior Java Developer/Lead interview questions

Hard working developers - look elsewhere. I was denied an offer after the eight interview meeting - the "Team Fit". I had meetings with 3 different teams (spanning over a month !). I received feedback, that I "did not seem very motivated and excited about the teams". I believe this to be the most ridiculous and nonsensical feedback I've ever received. Even though I did quite well on initial (technical) meetings, I got denied to such inexact reasons, even though I asked (relevant!) questions and talked with interviewers. How exactly I wasn't motivated? I clearly said I am looking for modern projects in such a software - oriented company, especially since I invested and waited 2 months for the interview process to reach this stage. Should I sing a song to them? Should I ask what games are they playing during work? Because clearly they were not looking for a person with relevant experience and qualifications, but for a fun-working colleague. My advice to Revolut? Since "Team Fit" is clearly the most difficult and important part of the interview, move it to the beginning of the process, so not to waste everyone's time.
