Asked about work history. Asked about ethical situations - the controversy of selling a cancerous product.
She asked about Mistakes made - then literally shut down the interview when i mentioned the word "honest".
Red Flag for a company Not to work for ....the word "Honest" scares the recruiter.
FYI....if you want a job there.. they don't like that word.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
