After submitting the application, received an email to take some kind of IQ/personality test, and fill out another application on their website. After that I received a request to schedule an interview. Had the interview via Teams a couple days later, lasted about half an hour. Recruiter was very friendly and professional, overall I felt it went pretty well. Was told my application would be passed along to the hiring manager, to expect an email in the next few days to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Two days later I got an automatic generic rejection email with zero feedback, so I thought that was a little rude.
