I applied online and was contacted to come in to interview, there was no person to person interview. I went into the building and was sat in front a computer with a dozen other applicants and took an assessment.

There were math word problems and pattern problems.

The company is very concerned with personal life. Questions like "what do you like to do when you're not at work."
All job candidates were taking the aptitude tests at the same time in the same room. The questions on the aptitude test were very difficult and ridiculous. The process was so non personal and a waste of time.
