I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Apr 2012
Interview
long and worthless. they make you take a stupid test that some how is suppose to let them know if you are good for their low paying jobs. then you go through interview after interview going up to 5-6. then the present you with an offer and if you counter offer they get really pissy and threaten to take back the first offer

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
