The process was strange - had to take a test in their facilities, and then had a Skype interview in one of their offices. I never met a real interviewer in person; everything was online.

Typical stuff about your background, and why you want the job.
Process begins with a logical assessment and a personality assessment. If you get past the logical assessment (which is where many people get cut), you’re brought in for interviews. The interviews are pretty easy.

Interview
There were about 4 interviews with multiple individuals. They showed me around. They were friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience besides having to drive there multiple times. There was a weird test that you had to perform there.
Before the interview they wanted me to take an aptitude test and personality assessment. Looks like they make everyone who applies for a job take the tests. They send you sample problems. Was not expecting to take an exam to apply for a position.
