I applied through university. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
The most unprofessional interview process I have ever gone through. My first interview was a 20 min Zoom call. My recruiter did not have the decency to turn on his camera, asked me how much I made at my previous jobs, I am sure to lowball me as much as possible. After the awkward interview he asked me to complete a word doc with questions like; my parents names and occupations, what kind of car I drive, my monthly payments on my car, if I pay child support. I work in the HR department currently at my college, I showed them the document Reynolds and Reynolds had me fill out and they said "RUN!" Also filed a complaint with my college because this was the biggest waste of my time. I have lost so much respect for this company.

Interview
This was years ago, but you had an onsite exam and if you passed you would have 1-3 interviews following. It made for an exhausting experience but you got it all done in one day.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX)
Interview
The interview process was relaxed. I was asked basic questions about myself, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
During the interview I was not asked specific questions about the job, since it seemed to be more of a pre interview to get to know me better.
I expressed my interest in the recruiting position.
It was a recruiter who interviewed me and all she gave me was a small description of the job.
