I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Jan 2015
Interview
You apply online and they will send you a email that inform you to take a series of surveys online, and then to take a kind of SAT test (IQ test) in their company.
The test have three parts:
The first parts are like: what next letter in OTTFFSS _, answer is A
Second, there will be many pictures, and you pick what next picture is.
Third, Math questions
I really don't expect a call back because, wow, the assessment test you have to take is wicked hard. It really did take me about two hours to get through it. I'm kind of hoping the test in itself is the test... the ability to actually finish it has to mean something. Ha.
Applied online, received an email for an "Aptitude and Assessment" test. It took over an hour to complete. They insisted the assessment test "would show for contradictions", and didn't allow more than 7 "in the middle" answers.
Aptitude test is tedious and tiring. By the time you reach the math problems, you're exhausted. Everything except the attitude test is timed, and has a disproportionate amount of questions. (For example, 3 minutes to answer 40 questions)
