A 30 minute online assessment, an IQ test in person, and five interviews later...I was declined a position at the company. The woman I interviewed with seemed to think highly of my qualifications. The men I interviewed with were arrogant, questioned my knowledge about cars, and even asked about my family and whether I had any children.

Cumbersome, but HR and hiring manager were very communicative and answered all of my questions and gave a good tour of the campus and the office I would be in

There were a few different rounds of video interviews, while also working with an HR person to see which positions are the best fit for you and the company. Very helpful if you aren’t completely set on one position.

two skills based exams and an in person interview. the in person interview also involved a skills based assesment, which i found odd as it was the same exam. the in person interview was conducted at their location, however my interviewer called in from skype.
