I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I received an email saying that the company was interested in me. They required me to fill out an application, take a personality test, and then an aptitude test. The whole process took 3 hours for me. I was then scheduled for a Skype interview and I was told if they are further interested in me, there will be another interview after that. A week later, I was thanked for applying for Reynolds and Reynolds.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
Had to go in twice one for test assessment on the computer and another a Skype and live interview. There were some Star based and some experience based questions. The process took about a month.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview process was an email to take an personality test which was totally absurd... the aptitude and personality test is absolutely ridiculous and way too long! I've taken these test before and have had no problem with them, but this test was all over the place, (personality, behavior, mechanically, math...)

Question 1
Basically didn't pass the test on purpose, because it was just totally absurd. Just like an taking the SAT, you start guessing just to get through it and I figured the test represented the culture and I figured I'd pass. The following week, got a rejection email.
