Interview
Process took 3 weeks and Consisted of a I.Q. Test, Personality Test, Pre-employment interview, an Interview with the department head, and Drug and back ground screen. The longest part was waiting for them to get back to you to set up the interview and then it all only took about 3 hours.

Interview
I applied online for the "General Internship" position which did not have a definite description. I was contacted back in about 2 weeks to schedule a time to come into their facility for an assessment test and possible interview. I was also sent a link to complete a personality test and another assessment test. Some of it was timed and others weren't. These had to be completed before the scheduled interview.
I went in for the assessment test on the scheduled day dressed for a possible interview. The staff in the recruitment office were friendly. I filled a form and was led to the testing room. No phones or calculators were allowed for the test. The test was timed and took about an hour to complete. I was asked to wait to interview. I then waited about 45 minutes before someone came in to talk to me.
He asked mostly about my resume and some behavioral questions. We spent about 10-15 minutes talking and then he led me back to the testing room to complete two other questionnaires including a "Long Form."
That was the end of the process and I'm waiting to hear back.

There were 3 office area's that had many many cubicles with a computer and a chair. This is where we tested. I think they go through a lot of people at those cubicle test area's. There were a lot of questions that had nothing to do with the job applied for.
