Interview
I received an email some days after submitting my application. it wasn't up to a week and i had questions and they answered quickly. It comprised of personality quizzes, math questions, quantitative reasoning questions etc. it took about 2 hours in total including times i took a break. had about 7 stages of questions in total

it was a bunch of questions such as the ones you get to 'develop the brain'' looking at a bunch of pictures and deciding what comes next, simple math problems etc. it was a lot. some were timed and some were not

Interview
First you get the an email with an Application Form to fill out. Additionally, you get links for Personality Assessment and Ethics Assessment surveys. They are multiple choice rating (1-10) questions, with answers from totally agree to totally disagree. The most of the questions are regarding stealing stuff from work, drug abuse, team work vs independent work... After that you will have another test in their office in Mississauga. It is a combination of IQ and algebra test.

Never got to the interview, although I was told that I will have one after test at the office.
