Interview
Applied online. Received an email asking me to fill in paperwork for them in order to be considered. The first step was to fill in all the information that was on my application. Then they had me take a personalty test, where you had to choose between two options and can't decide. The questions ranged from normal ones, to psychopathy test 101 (E.G. "Life is a game that is played to win"), strange seemingly politically motivated questions (E.G. "The reason poor people are poor is because they're lazy" "One of the problems with today is that people don't respect the past") And strangely personal questions (E.G. Q:"After work you:" A: "Go out with friends" or "I'm a homebody"). In addition, you could only choose undecided on 4 questions, and it wouldn't let you submit and move on until you were under that.
At that point, I stopped with this paperwork.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online through a job posting website. Got a mail asking to complete the first round online with link for the same. The questions were non-technical and very aptitude-based. Some are timed sections and some untimed. There was also a personality-based test. The whole process took about 2.5 - 3 hours in total
