Once my resume was submitted, I immediately received an email requesting me to provide some additional information directly to the company's application site. Following the full applications process, I received another email, directing me to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was ~15 minutes. This was the preliminary interview.

7 interviews with various senior leaders - Had extensive process - Each person was operating on their own wave length - No consistent method of interviewing - No interview guide used - Questions were primarily behavior and performance based - Detailed questions on " How " you achieved specific results. These interviews were primarily one on one... no panel or group interviews.

What can you bring to the table that others can not?
