Phone screen --> Panel interview --> Demo + Panel interview.
I asked for feedback live after the demo and was told "10 minutes is really short and it's hard to provide feedback." I was surprised by this response. If 10 minutes isn't enough time to assess, perhaps don't make that a part of the assessment process, or ask for a longer demo.
It's been 3 weeks and I never heard back.
First received a no then another email to say yes we want to interview you. Then after 2 months of waiting for available times for they staff I just dropped that process.
