Pros

Office stipend, Mac computers, and being able to work remotely.

Cons

Remember this is a business. They want you to be vulnerable to have power over you. Watch out for those wolfs in sheep’s clothing.

Pros

Staff who worked there were great. The culture is aspirational with many supportive benefits such as professional development stipends. Many opportunities to connect with staff and have "fun" at work even in a remote environment.

Cons

They haven't clearly outlined how to measure the impact of their work or the strategic direction needed to make a vision-aligned impact. The "culture cons" have been adequately outlined in other reviews.

Pros

Great team who cared about Youth work and other programs

Cons

The President laid employees off with only one week of notice. All laid off employees were women and people of color. Employees talked about how she was a gaslighter but it was not felt by employees who did not have to interact with her much.
