Interview
I had a phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager but it was not entirely clear if I was considered for a Sourcer or Recruiter position. A week later, I had an onsite interview with a Senior Recruiter. Both the phone interview and in-person interview were about 30 minutes each. Soon after I left the on-site interview, I received a verbal offer. However, the Talent Acquisition Manager wanted a quick response as far acceptance of the offer before I received an offer letter. There was so much ambiguity in the offer and it felt very pushy to respond. In the end, an offer letter was never sent, and I never heard back from the hiring manager.

Interview
Applied via LinkedIn jobs, received an email to phone screen with the recruiter. Once that was complete, invited to interview onsite over two days with three different people involved in the hiring process. I emailed to follow up and say thank you, with no response for a week, then told it would be a week until I heard. Finally received a generic rejection email that was Applicant Tracking System generated, the week after I was told I would receive follow up.
