I was applying for a transfer to another state. I was contacted and given an initial interview by an outside recruiter for the company. I was then given an appointment to be interviewed by the hiring manager for the position I applied for. Many of the questions are situational. Scenarios are presented and you are expected to reply with anwers that demonstrate excellent customer service abilities and leadership skills in regard to other employees.
