Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward. The interview took place with the manager of the restaurant. He asked basic questions about my experience and some situational questions. After he was done his portion of the interview, he spent about 30 minutes asking me questions from the HR department. All of the HR questions were regarding my past experiences.

Ein Prozess mit mehreren Schritten:
beginnendes Bewerbungsgespräch mit direkten Vorgesetzten.
Wenn erfolgversprechend weiteres Gespräch mit F&B Direktor*in. Finales Bewerbungsgespräch mit Hoteldirektion.
Konnte man bis hierhin überzeugen, bekommt man einen Termin für einen call, in dem sehr facettenreiche Fragen beantworten werden sollen, um das bestmögliche Profil für die job description zu erstellen.
Konnte auch hier überzeugt werden, kommt es zur Anstellung. Orientierungstage und anschließende, durch Kolleg*innen geführte, Einarbeitung sind selbstredend für das Unternehmen.
Ich habe in 25 Jahren Gastronomie, nicht davor und auch nicht danach, diese kompromisslose Wertschätzung in wirklich jeden Bereich erleben dürfen.
