I was a potential employee and I didn't make it even half to the interview Cause the management doesn't accept hijabi women, even though I had all the necessary requirements for the role. And I got told that it's not about experience it's about department rules. Which is clearly discrimination against potential employee based on religious reasons according to EQUAL employment Opportunity Law which is the main of any hotel's rules in the first place.
I'm very disappointed with the experience and by the low standards of the management.
