Interview
After submitting my resume, I was quickly contacted by a recruiter to setup a phone screen. She was incredibly nice and engaging, and asked me several situational and experience based questions that are typical in a phone screen. After the phone screen, I was told I’d be moving to a practical exercise. However, I was soon contacted to setup an on-site interview instead. Both interviewers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The interview felt much more like a conversation and was a great experience.
The recruitment team at Ro is fantastic and incredibly responsive. I was kept in the loop at every step of the process, and my recruiter responded to emails quickly. Overall great process!
Efficient and thorough - met multiple members of the company at all levels and felt like I got a true sense of the culture. Mix of behaviors and one case interviews. Recruiter who led me through the process was always available and flexible about scheduling.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME — ghosted after numerous interviews and a 2-hour practical assignment.
You can expect a:
- phone screen interview w/ recruiter
- video interview w/ hiring manager
- 2.5 hours of interviews with immediate team and other related depts. You will present your practical during one of these times.

After the practical assignment presentation and cross-functional interviews the next step would have been to meet with most senior leadership for a last interview.
