Phone interview before invitation to AC. pretty standard comepetency-based questions. do be prepared for being probed deeper into what you have replied. There was no technical question being asked but that could just be due to the fact that I wasn't applying for a technical role. The lady who interviewed me sounded nice and patient and the conversation was semi-formal.
