Applied online, was then invited to complete a test online and was then short listed for an interview. The whole process was very disappointing and the job description was very misleading. The job spec itself came across as though they wanted to hire a manual QA, it only listed what the job entailed rather than skills required. On paper I literally had all of the tasks required for the role. At the interview they asked no questions related to the job description and all questions were outside of this. This was extremely misleading and the interview was a waste of my time. They clearly don't know what they want and kept saying oh we have this interview pack which they clearly could not follow very well... I have requested feedback so will see if I receive anything
