I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce
Interview
Assessment Centre: Presentation, Verbal Reasoning, Case Study, Teamwork exercise, Technical Interview. Overall nice experience, they give you time to talk to graduates from the same scheme and they try to make you feel comfortable. The assessors were really responsive, so I felt there was a two-way communication at all times and even if it was a day long assessment centre, it felt less tiring than some job interviews.

Great experience overall. If you follow the interview questions posted on their site, you’ll be well prepared—they are almost exactly the same as the ones asked during the interview. The interviewers were super nice, welcoming, and supportive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. They seemed genuinely kind, caring, and interested in getting to know you.

Q: what is one thing you learned recently to improve yourself?
It went very well, they asked basic interview questions and I heard back from them in a good time. Then had an interview with the hiring manager to discuss the actual position.
