A few weeks after applying to the position, I got an email with a few hours notice of an informal interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and the actual interview was a positive experience.

Ich bin soweit nicht gekommen, aber die Onlinetests waren die Best programmierten die ich bisher machen konnte.
Ich wurde sehr schnell zu den Tests eingeladen und konnte nach Nachfrage, da ich die Email nicht erhalten hatte, den Test dann durchführen. Danach ging es sehr schnell. Ich hatte innerhalb von 40 Minuten den ganzen Test durch.

Die Fragen im Test kann ich natürlich nicht erwähnen, allerdings war es realtiv schwer bei den Mathematischen Test mit der Zeit klar zu kommen. Ich brauche relaiv lange zum Lesen der Fragen und der Test ist auf Zeit begrenzt, die mir zu kurz war.

Interview
One call with a contractor, mostly behavioral questions. After this moved onto another round with engineers at the plant I applied to work at. The two interviews were largely identical.
