Assessment day consisted of a technical interview, hr/broad topics/business knowledge interview and a group exercise. Notes: The structure of answers and confidence is an important factor in the whole process and suboptimal performance in these may result in no offer even when all else is close to perfection. In group exercise timing is key. Overall I found it easy, but competitive (details matter).
