1, online assessment; 2, CV review; 3, Assessment centre, involving individual interview then technical interview and lastly group exercise at the end 4, you get an offer with 50/50 chance
Rigorous, intense, a full day affair. Split into a morning and afternoon session. There was a group exercise and lots of mingling required at lunch time. Had a tour of the facilities as well which was fun. Was very competitive and there were definitely people there who had applied before and were there for a seond time.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Johor Bahru) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was a relatively short interview with them asking competency based questions. Application process was quick and they had a short introductory session before the interview. It was not a vert stringent process.
