The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce in Oct 2009
Interview
Received an offer for an on campus interview after talking with representatives at our university's career fair. So far this has consisted of a preliminary 1:1 interview and I have now been invited for a second round interview on-site. The interview lasted about 45 min and consisted of the interviewer (Engineer not HR person) walking through my resume and asking behavioral type questions. Interview ended with one technical question.
