Interview
Two interviews. One screener, one with the manager. Pretty much all behavioral with a couple "walk me through your thinking." Both felt supportive of me doing well in the interview.
Great experience overall. If you follow the interview questions posted on their site, you’ll be well prepared—they are almost exactly the same as the ones asked during the interview. The interviewers were super nice, welcoming, and supportive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. They seemed genuinely kind, caring, and interested in getting to know you.
