Interview
There seems to be a consistent theme on the interviews being fair but the recruitment team being a bit useless and this was the same in my experience. The actual process consisted of a quick initial discussion with a recruiter followed by an in-person interview at the site. This interview involves a balance of competency based questions and process related scenario type questions. Interviewers were fair and pushed you on technical knowledge. It has been over 2 months and I haven't heard back after I received the 'maximum 4 weeks to respond' email. Clearly I'm not the only person who has had a similar experience so at this stage, it is just downright disrespectful to candidates. I would think twice before applying.

Question 1
Competency - Time when you've dealt with change etc
Applied for CPE role in August. Didn't get any news until halfway through October. The news was that I hadn't been selected for interview (Chemistry graduate with appropriate experience). Whole process is a black-box and it sounds like applications are sifted through HR or even just AI.
Turns out later on a job listing site, the role was merely a pipeline in the case that a role becomes available. It's fishing for candidates.
