I submitted my resume on a Thursday. The Recruiter called me the next day (Friday). I spoke with his boss that day as well. They scheduled an on site for the following Monday. After my initial onsite screening, I had a call with the hiring Manager. She had me come on site a few days later. I met with her, 2 additional Managers and the division Director. 2 days late, I received a call form the recruiter stating that they would be offering me the job. We went back and forth on salary as they did not want to pay what I was asking. After several rounds, I agreed to take a slightly lower salary since they gave bonuses and had a stock purchase plan. AT this point they did a background check. I started a week and a half later.
