Interview
Recruited by my former DM to come work for them as a SM. The process is lengthy and includes multiple interviews all the way up to the RVP. I've been given a contingent offer based on the results of the background, which I'm not concerned about. However, it's been almost a month from the first interview and I'm still waiting to hear something, tho my DM assures me everything is ok.
I had three separate interviews, one in person and two by phone. My first was in a store with the district manager who would be my direct supervisor and the next were with higher-up leaders in the company.

They asked about times when I'd had opportunities to improve in previous management positions, and how I knew that I was moving the needle in those areas

3 interviews, one interview with a DM which was very direct and they were transparent on what kind of store I was getting into. then zone director which is the DMs boss which was more about my goals and how they can help me achieve them,and after that the VP of the region which was their boss. I think Once you get DM approved you are good
