I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Arlington, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
Wasn’t even an interview got hired on the spot, just laughed and spoke with the manager for a few minutes . I had actually applied to the wrong store lmaooo so when I was in the office the manager couldn’t even find my application, luckily she let me re do it and apply for the right store which didn’t take long at all, all I had todo was copy the application to the correct store address. The hiring manager was very nice and the process was very simple.
The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.
I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
