Interview in is the location, they bring you back to a office. They ask you simple questions and discuss the pay rate during the interview. Interviewees were professional and seemed openminded.

Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
